Namik Hasanovic
Founder of BAFFAI’m Namik. At home in Austria, with my roots in Bosnia. That connection stays with me wherever I live. Through BAFFA, I want to give something back: a chance for young players to be seen and find their own way. This is personal to me. Our next generation deserves people who believe in them – and open doors for them.

What is BAFFA?
BAFFA stands for Bosnian Association for Future Achievers. We are building a platform exclusively for football: for young players, their development and their path to suitable coaches and clubs.
Who is BAFFA for?
Football talent in Bosnia and Herzegovina and its diaspora. Also coaches, clubs, families and supporters who want to be part of their development.
Which areas are planned?
Scouting, Data & analysis, Camps, Media, Agency & careers and Foundation & support. We will build these areas step by step. Camp dates and participation details will follow once confirmed.
What will data analysis show?
We plan to consider performance measures, minutes played and match situations together. Position, appearances and development across several games give the numbers context and help identify the next training goals.
When can I log in?
Login is coming soon. Player profiles, analysis and connections with coaches and clubs are planned. Login and registration are not open yet; no launch date has been set.
